Asesiadau Anghenion a Lles y Boblogaeth (PNA) ar gyfer Cwm Taf Morgannwg
Mae'r Asesiad Anghenion Poblogaeth yn ofyniad statudol o dan Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014, a gynhyrchwyd ar y cyd gan y Bwrdd Iechyd ac Awdurdodau Lleol gyda phartneriaid, gan gynnwys y trydydd sector. Wedi'i ddiweddaru bob pum mlynedd, mae'r Asesiad Anghenion Poblogaeth yn allweddol i sut mae gwasanaethau'n cael eu cynllunio, eu hariannu a'u darparu ar draws y rhanbarth i ddiwallu anghenion y boblogaeth leol.
Rydym ar ddechrau cylch nesaf yr Asesiad Anghenion Poblogaeth (2027-2032). Mae llais y gymuned yn ganolog i'r broses hon ac mae Rhwydwaith Arweinwyr Cymunedol yn chwarae rôl hanfodol fel pont rhwng cymunedau a gwneuthurwyr penderfyniadau, gan sicrhau bod profiad bywyd a mewnwelediad Rhwydwaith Arweinwyr Cymunedol yn siapio'r Asesiad Anghenion Cynhwysfawr a'r gwasanaethau sy'n dilyn yn uniongyrchol.
